Shipping
Please allow our team 1-4 business days to fulfill your order. Once your package has been dispatch, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
We do not dispatch on weekends.
We ship your order from Bogotá, Colombia, through Fedex or DHL. Delivery times are subject to any inconvenience in service or delays in customs.

We offer free shipping in all our products.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged and with tags.
We offer a free return once per purchase for customers within the US. Once inspected, we will refund the order or process the exchange by emailing an invoice for the shipping cost. In case of an exchange, we will charge a $10 flat rate for shipping cost.
Customers will be responsible for duties and taxes.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@naionashop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We allow exchanges for any of our products, however customers are responsible a flat rate of $10 for shipping costs of the exchanged item to get to the desired address.
